In 2019, our first official steps were launched with the establishment of Reliance company, to start a new phase of growth and expansion in the Egyptian real estate sector. Since then, we have worked with a number of prominent real estate developers, and with them we have achieved major achievements in various real estate projects, establishing our position as a reliable and influential partner in the market.
By the end of 2023, our vision has evolved to become deeper and more comprehensive; we are no longer limited to the role of a real estate marketer, but have become a strategic partner for real estate developers since the first phase of the project. We start with them from the selection of the land plot, and we take care of obtaining licenses and ministerial approvals in cooperation with the new urban communities authority, through the planning, implementation and marketing stages, to ensure the provision of integrated projects that achieve the highest standards of quality and success. In December 2023, Reliance announced a board restructuring led by:

The company has also been transformed into an Egyptian-Saudi Joint Stock partnership with 60% foreign direct investment in the land and real estate development sector, in a strategic step aimed at attracting more foreign investments and enhancing confidence in the Egyptian market.
Reliance believes that real estate is not just a project, but an opportunity to build the future and contribute to a comprehensive urban and economic renaissance inside and outside Egypt.
With this in mind, the company participated in the joint investment support events between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, stressing the importance of deepening economic relations between the two countries and enhancing real estate and investment integration.
Today, Reliance is one of the most important companies in the land and real estate development sector in Egypt, and continues its mission to provide real investment opportunities and build integrated projects that contribute to shaping a better urban future.
